- The Wizard will create, display, and save spreadsheets for each account
as shown here. The fields with red text are empty when the sheet
appears. For the units to be upgraded; simply fill in the ‘Equip’ fields
with a phone part number, the ‘SRP’ field with the Suggested Retail
Price, and optionally enter a positive or negative value in the adjust
field to control the cost of each unit upgrade. A total is calculated.

- While the Wizard is performing unit lookups on an account, it also
collects plans, features, and services details for each unit on the
account. All this information is placed in a single web page file and
stored with in the same folder as the account worksheet. Click the blue
link at the bottom of the worksheet shown in the previous slide to
display this features page as shown here.
- To be sure you get paid for upgrades, actual pages that display rebate
eligibility dates are also extracted and stored. In this page shown
here, the blue text at the top of the page is a link to the actual
rebate eligibility date pages. The wizard will save the page for each
unit that it looks up. This can be quite useful as it acts as proof of
eligibility as of the date the lookup was performed. In case you have a
problem getting paid for an upgrade, this is dated proof of eligibility
based on the lookup data from the I.N.C. site. Simply print and submit.

- Development of the Wizard has been driven by dealers like you across the
country. Many if not most of the functions it performs were requested by
existing users. One important issue that became apparent is that our
clients have existing customer data, but do not have rebate dates to
know when they are eligible. We came up with an awesome solution.
- All you need to do is create is a file containing a list of PTN’s and
account numbers (a tab delimited text file). This list can be exported
from your point-of-sale system or created manually in Excel or Notepad.
Only one PTN per account is required. Repeat for multiple lists as
required. Call our support line for free assistance.
- The follow these steps:
- 1. Save this file in a computer that is running a licensed copy of the
Wireless Marketing Wizard.
- 2. Start the Wizard and click the “Data Extract Menu” Button.
- 3. Click the Populate Database button and select ‘From Source File’
- 4. Locate the file for the Wizard on your hard drive and THERE YOU GO!
- This feature can lookup 10’s of thousand of units. I can often lookup
1500 units per hour based on your connection speed. All customer data
will be extracted and stored in your Secure Wizard Database.
- THEN; using the Data Extract Menu, you can extract 150 rebate eligible
units over any date range you specify! Hundreds of the best possible
leads in just seconds! Your customers, that are eligible NOW! The Wizard
will then generate and manage proposals for these customers and make it
easy to multiply upgrade AND activation quantities many times over for
as long as you wish! And of course, that’s why we are all in business,
to make more $$.
