The
Active Worksheet List
Account Spreadsheet
Management System. |
The Wireless
Marketing Wizard spreadsheet proposal management system organizes
marketing procedures and backup documentation for every account run
by the Wizard. In
the Wizard Menu, look in the large white box for account names. This is called the Active Worksheet List. It will
contain a list of account worksheet proposals you are currently
working on. It is important that you remove sheets from this list
when you are done with them to keep the list from getting filled
with outdated information. This makes it easy to find accounts that
require attention. This prevents the list from getting clogged with
old information and that can make it difficult to find accounts you
are currently focused on. |
|
Confirm where you
are in the software. |
If
your system is also set up for Repair Procedures, see the upper
left corner of the menu in the blue bar for the screen name. If you
are in the 'CellRam Action Menu', click "Wizrd Menu' in the
lower right next to the Wizard image. |

Close the Wizard account eligibility web pages and the Spreadsheet and Exit Excel. |
How do I use the
Active Sheet List? |
The
spreadsheets in the Active Sheet List are intended for proposing and performing upgrades.
The database stores all customer information and tracks rebate
dates and the Wizard will search the database and tell you when customers are eligible.
Even if you archive all spreadsheets the database is unaffected.
Once an upgrade is done or you’re not going to propose it, or
you’re not going to do it yet, it is no longer active. The
spreadsheet should only contain active worksheets. You can always
open the archive sheets with the “Open Archive” button up in the
right corner. This is useful to recall eligibility proof pages to
assist in commission payment disputes. All of the spreadsheets,
service plans, and eligibility verification pages are automatically
stored on your machines. |

| Active Sheet List
Functions |
Click on the sheet name in the Active Account list. Above the list,
you will see 2 buttons appear. The blue “Open Selected Worksheet”
button does what is says, don’t click it now. The green ‘Send to
Archive Folder’ button is used to remove sheets from the Active
Sheet list when you are done with the account. |
The
Archive Function
IMPORTANT
Please Read |
The Archive function removes spreadsheets from the Active Sheet
list. Keep the list short. Only accounts that you are proposing
upgrades to, or performing upgrades for, should be in the Active
Sheet List. Do NOT use the Active Sheet List to track accounts for
any length of time. The List is to keep you focused on the accounts
that you want to close. The Wizard Database takes care of all the
tracking for you.
Do this when1.
You have completed customer unit upgrade procedures
2. You do not wish to call this customer as there are few or too
few eligible units at this time. You may see that in the next month
or later, there are many more units eligible. If so, Archive the
sheet and the Wizard will include the customer in eligible lead
lists when you
extract from the database again
3. The customer has decided not to upgrade at this time
The Archive function moves stored data files to an archive
folder stored on your hard drive. The sheet name will disappear
from the Active Sheet list but may be recalled using the ‘Open
Archive File’ button. This can be useful to recall a sheet when you
want to print the original Eligibility pages for a carrier to prove
what the site said when you originally looked it up.
Tracking archived sheets is not required. All data is stored in
the Wizard database. No need to look at old sheets for information
unless you wish to print original rebate pages for an account.
