Set Start and
End Dates for Rebate Eligibility Search |
The
start and end dates are used to set the range of REBATE Dates you
wish to locate. By default – it starts from today and spans to 30
days from now. |
| |
The
first time you extract leads from your Wizard Database, go back
months to locate customers that have been eligible for a while.
|
| |
You
can set any dates as long as the start date is earlier than the
stop date |
| |
The Unit Quantity
extract feature is useful to locate small or large businesses. By
default, the numbers are 2 to 200. You can set these numbers to
extract accounts with 20 to 50 units, 200 to 1000 units, or any
range using these numbers. You may also use it to extract all
customers i.e. 1 to 5000. |
| Click
'Generate List' |
Click the green 'Generate List' button lower right. The Wizard will
open the database and search for units that match your data
request. The extracted customer list file will be saved
automatically. When extraction is complete, the Wizard Menu will
appear. See the extracted list of units in the Data Source Box
below the Active Sheet list and the yellow login buttons. See the
list count to the right. |
| |
You can extract as
many lists as you wish. The Wizard generates names for these lists
based on the options you select in the Data Extract Menu. Starting
with the creation date, then the type of list, then the date or
quantity range selected. You may open any saved lists to 'work' it.
|
| |
Click on a unit
in the "Data Source" box at the bottom of the Wizard Menu. The
fields top right will be populated with data from the unit so you
may click "Lookup-All' to re-lookup all units on each account. This
will extract today's rebate status information, update your Wizard
database, and generate a new spreadsheet proposal! When you
generate a new sheet for an account in the source list, their
account name appears in the Active Sheet List and units from the
account are removed from the source list so you will know when you
are done. The Wizard offers AMAZING profit potential just waiting
to take your business to the next level and beyond. What a powerful
tool! |
